Clean and comfy stay!
We had a nice night in a cozy studio. The place was super clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved the bar/lounge area, it was a great spot to unwind. The only issue was the noise from the street. it kept us up a bit. But overall, it was a solid choice for our family.

easy access to vibrant neighborhoods and iconic landmarks
Staying here was fantastic because it's just a few steps from Brick Lane and a short stroll to Old Spitalfields Market, making it easy to soak in the local culture and enjoy delicious food, and the well-appointed rooms provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. the only thing I’d suggest is improving the service to make it feel a bit warmer and more personal.

The Skyline Studio was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and we loved that we could open the windows a bit. The shower was roomy and quick to warm up, which was nice. The view from the 16th floor was a highlight, even if we didn’t have a landmark to see. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from the hallway, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

I had an awesome time enjoying the stylish lounge and the cozy luxury bathrobes in my room. There were plenty of spots to relax, like a comfy reading nook and a fun game room. The only downside was the room being a tad smaller than I expected, but it didn't really take away from my stay! 😊

Absolute gem of a stay! The Sicilian cunzato bread from nearby Bari Bari was memorable, alongside the delightful Exmouth Coffee for brunch. Plus, the free lounge access with 24-hour drinks made for a nice chill zone after our city adventures.
Only downside? It's on the east side, so traveling to the west means shelling out cab fare. But honestly, everything else was on point, so it didn’t dampen our spirits.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Vibes
Our family enjoyed a cozy three-night stay in a Superior Studio. The room was well-furnished, providing ample space for our kids. Be sure to visit the onsite restaurant for delicious breakfast options. A late checkout request was initially accommodated, but service could be improved—patience with staff is key!

Had a blast with my friends! We loved exploring iconic spots like The Globe and the stunning views on the Thames boat tour. The vibe was great, and the lounge offered awesome drinks. Pro tip, don’t miss the nearby markets for food and vibes.
Our Chromecast didn’t connect, and despite the staff's efforts, it stayed down. Not a dealbreaker, but we missed streaming while winding down.

Solo travelers rejoice
First off, I got upgraded to this Skyline apartment on the 20th floor. The view? Unbelievable. You can see the Shard from your bed! Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, really made me feel at home. And let’s not forget the complimentary coffee on the 5th floor, a real lifesaver at certain hours. Imagine being that exhausted and getting a warm cup right there – it's these little things that make a difference in a busy city like this.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it for what you get.

Had a lovely time here. the room had a cozy kitchenette with everything we needed, and the comfy bed made it a great escape. The fifth-floor lounge was perfect for enjoying tea and snacks, and I loved chilling out in the games room when we had downtime. Just a heads-up, the pillows could be a bit firmer, but honestly, that didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊
